But after Megaworld’s Eastwood entered the scene, it has now transformed into a bustling mini-city with numerous hi-rise residential and commercial communities. In a close partnership with Microtel Hotels, LBL Industries will attempt to exploit this demand via affordable short term accommodation perfectly situated along E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave, and is in very close proximity to commercial and office establishments.

Microtel Acropolis stands at four floors and will contain 85 fully furnished guest rooms. It will be the very first to qualify for the Green building permit awarded by the Quezon City administration. The ordinance mandates the use of eco-friendly technology and systems in the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings.

Microtel Acropolis is on track to be completed by the second half of 2012.
