LBL has owned 968 Aurora Blvd, since the late 90’s. In 2007, an LRT line was established linking Recto Avenue, Manila all the way to Santolan St. in Marikina.

Since the plot of land was strategically located amongst numerous schools and churches, the  national government bought a small fraction of 968 Aurora and designated and built an LRT station, called Anonas Station.

Recognizing the opportunity for a commercial development, and taking advantage of the high transit LRT station, LBL is currently erecting a 7-storey commercial establishment with a modern touch. The building will house a supermarket, restaurants and retail stores focused at the local demographic. There will be a direct passageway connecting 968 Anonas and the concourse level of the LRT Station for ease of access. Four stories will be leased out to a BPO corporation and will be equipped with the latest electrical and communications infrastructure.

968 Aurora Blvd is expected to be fully operational by March 2013. More land will be made available for additional BPO and commercial developments.
