In 2009, D&L Polymer and Colours (DLPC), together with LBL, established a chemicals processing plant and storage facility in the outskirts of Manila, situated in a not too congested area but also within reasonable travel time via road. Despite facing time constraints and weather issues, the plant was completed on time and without incident.

The export processing plant is located in Laguna and is currently supplying the plastics industry with custom designed and specially formulated chemicals. DLPC supplies a wide range of products such as colourants, masterbatches, and additives to multinational companies including Unilever, Nestle, Chevron, Petron, etc.
